In stock stair parts are shipped from are supplier in Long Beach, California, USA. Freight charges will be prepaid by RK Stairs, if for any reason the customer cancels order after its been shipped and in transit the customer is responsible to repay all freight charges for their cancel order.
Claims for shortages, breakage, or damage must be made directly with the transportation company. Claims for shortages must be made within one (1) day after shipment is received. Customer must count boxes! Approve and sign receiver from transportation company. Customer is responsible for verifying shipment quantity.
Returns and Cancellations:
Special orders or non-standard products are not subject to return or cancellation if special raw materials purchase and/or production has been initiated. All returns of non-defective goods must be in new resalable condition, shipped pepaid, and are subject to a 35% handling and restocking charge. The original invoice number or shipping order number should be indicated on all returns. Any parts having been altered or otherwise modified may not be return. Returns are limited to stock merchandise purchased within the pass year.
